to complete the form in as many sittings as they need to from their

message).
Our
application is secured by 128 bit SSL encryption, the same that
banks use for their online transactions. Your data and your client’s
are secure every step of the way. All the data is private too. Your
leads are 100% your property, we don’t do anything with your
leads except keep them safe and secure in our database for you. We
do not market to your clients or distribute their contact information
to anyone.
You can easily import their application into your favorite
LOS software (Calyx Point, Encompass, Genesis, Byte, Contour and
any package that supports Fannie Mae’s DuDo format). You can also
print out their application in PDF form when you need it in a document
format. You have the control to allow your processors to have access
to all of your applications and only allow your loan officers to

it? No problem. You decide what to show and what to turn off. You can turn
off/on specific sections of the 1003 plus control many specific questions.

Leads Management Interface
Each of your loan officers have their own login to the
secure leads center. From
there they can manage their leads and download 1003 applications. You have
control over whether any specific loan officer can manage all the leads from
your mortgage business, or only their own customers.
This makes it easy for
the owner and processor to work any application but only allow a new
loan officer to see his own clients. |
