If you are not satisfied with your LoansInteractive monthly plan mortgage website for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of activating your account and receive
a full refund of the monthly service charge associated with your account. This does not apply to annual plans, custom work, SEO work or domain registrations.

All cancellation
and refund requests must be made by the credit card
holder for the account, and be sent to our ticket
system at billing@loansinteractive.com and
shall be effective upon receipt by Loans Interactive
.
Refunds only apply to your monthly mortgage web
hosting service. |

In order to receive a refund, please send an email to billing@loansinteractive.com or
go to our support page and enter a ticket addressed to
the billing queue with the subject “monthly service refund requested”.
Our ticket system will email you a confirmation that your
request has been received and will be processed.

In your request,
please include the following:
- Your LoansInteractive Billing Area username and
password.
- Reason for requesting the refund.
We will contact you by phone to confirm your request.
If your request has meet the conditions listed above,
we will issue your refund back to the account by
which your payment was made within one week. Loans
Interactive reserves the right to change this offer
at any time.
